The origin and
history of arts and crafts were believed to have started in
Europe as early as 30,000 B.C. and even earlier. It
was believed that arts and crafts started to attract the
well deserved attention only in the 15th century.
Earliest civilizations
demonstrated a clear distinction between simple utilitarian
objects like clay bowls, baskets, boxes to objects of great
refine luxury for uses in palace and temple like crowns,
jewels, shrines. Today modern humans are still similar in
